Water and sewer system regulations
 

The drinking water and sewer services managed by Aguas de Alicante are governed by regulations that include the general service conditions.

• Regulations, which regulate public water supply services, use of the sewer system and the conditions for discharges into it.
• By-laws, which establish the items and prices for billing in the towns or municipalities of service users. The local council is the body responsible for approving the service tariffs and the province Pricing Committee is responsible for authorising them.
