Criminal compliance policy
Aguas de Alicante is resolutely committed to complying with current legislation and regulations, as is the result of its Code of Conduct and its strict Policies, instructions and internal procedures. At the service of this commitment, it has also provided an exhaustive system for the identification, prevention and management of the risks of regulatory non-compliance that concern both its business activity and its support processes, as well as a disciplinary system to sanction any detected non-compliance.
Aguas de Alicante defined and implemented an organization and control model for the identification, prevention and sanction of criminal risks, a model that has been revised and refined. The Criminal Compliance Policy constitutes the updated reference framework for this model.
