Aguas de Alicante is the company licensed to provide the service of operating and maintaining the municipal sewer system in the municipalities of Alicante, Sant Joan d'Alacant and Monforte del Cid.

The service covers the sewer system that collects and transports the urban and industrial wastewater that is generated for subsequent treatment in wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). It also encompasses the collection, transport and removal of rainwater generated in the process of transformation of rain into runoff in urban catchment areas.
